Server Use
Install on servers you own or operate
Commercial Servers
Monetized servers are permitted
Multiple Servers
Install on multiple servers you own
Strictly Prohibited
Reverse Engineering & Modification
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software
- Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works
- Using the Software's components in other projects or mods
- Removing or altering any proprietary notices
Distribution & Resale
- Redistributing, sublicensing, or transferring the Software
- Selling, renting, or leasing the Software
- Sharing your purchased copy with others
- Uploading to file-sharing websites or mod repositories
- Including in modpacks without explicit written consent
Misrepresentation
- Publicly claiming to be the original author or developer
- Impersonating Gashi Studios or its representatives
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain the sole and exclusive property of Gashi Studios (@gashicha / Shiga Minato).
This license does not grant you any rights to:
- Trademarks, service marks, or trade names of Gashi Studios
- Source code or proprietary algorithms
- Future updates or versions (updates are provided at our discretion)

Issues caused by conflicts with other mods are outside our support scope. We only support CobbleRanked with its listed dependencies (Cobblemon, Fabric API, etc.).

- Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software
- Third-party claims related to your use of the Software
- Server downtime or player complaints related to the Software
Data Collection & Privacy
The Software may collect anonymous usage data for:
- Bug reporting and diagnostics
- Performance optimization
- Feature usage analytics
Player data (ELO ratings, match history, etc.) remains on your server and is not transmitted to Gashi Studios.
Third-Party Dependencies
The Software relies on:
Use of these dependencies is subject to their respective licenses.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term.
Upon Termination, You Must:
- Cease all use of the Software
- Delete all copies from your systems
- Destroy any derivative works
Gashi Studios Reserves the Right To:
- Revoke your license for violations
- Take legal action for infringement
- Ban you from future purchases
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
