CobbleRanked source code is publicly viewable for transparency, security review, and contributions. It remains proprietary software, not open-source software.
Public Repository
Public visibility does not grant permission to build, redistribute, resell, or reuse CobbleRanked source code.

- GitHub forks may be used only to prepare pull requests
- Forks may not publish releases or unofficial builds
Private Build Inputs
The public repository intentionally excludes licensed components required to create an official build.
- Available only to expressly authorized purchasers or contributors
- Personal and non-transferable

Prohibited
- Redistributing, sublicensing, or transferring the software
- Selling, renting, or leasing the software
- Sharing your purchased copy with others
- Uploading binaries, private build inputs, or derivative builds to file-sharing sites or mod repositories
- Including in modpacks without explicit written consent
- Publishing releases or artifacts from a source fork
- Publicly claiming to be the original author/developer
- Impersonating Gashi Studios or representatives
- Redistributing modified versions or derivatives
- Removing or altering proprietary notices/licenses
- Removing, altering, or falsifying signed customer and build identifiers
- Using source code in other projects without permission

Standard Policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, returns and refunds are not available after download.
Private Build Access & Refunds
Public source visibility does not affect refund eligibility. Private build inputs are treated as a digital product delivery.
Once private build inputs are provided, refunds are no longer available.

Software provided "AS IS" without warranties. No guarantees for error-free operation or compatibility.
Liability Limitation
Maximum liability limited to purchase price. Not liable for damages, data loss, or business interruption.
Ownership
All rights remain with Gashi Studios. License grants usage rights only, not ownership.
Termination
License terminates automatically upon violation. Must cease use and delete all copies.
Data & Privacy
Anonymous usage data may be collected for diagnostics. No PII collected without consent.
Release Identification
Official builds contain a signed, opaque customer ID and build ID used to verify authenticity and trace unauthorized redistribution. This does not use a hardware ID or require online tracking.
Governing Law
Governed by laws of Japan. Dispute resolution: Tokyo, Japan.

Changes to Terms
Gashi Studios reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Severability
